Qingdao Quanhutong Industrial Co.,Ltd. is the manufacturer to produce titanium dioxide for more than 20 years. There are 2 titanium dioxide enterprises located separately in Sichuan ( Rutile titanium dioxide) and Yunnan (Anatase titanium dioxide). The monthly production capacity is 9000 Metric Tons with more than 2000 employees.
All the products got the certification of ISO 9001, 2008 SGS and Reach Regulation.
The quality control department do sampling inspection three times a day, so all the quality are one national standard.

Rutile TIO2 pigment HTR-628 is coated with zirconia and in an inorganic manner and modified with special organic finishing agent on the surface. As a kind of multifunctional and general-purpose rutile TIO2 pigment with excellent whiteness, dispersibility, hydrophilicity and lipophilicity, it can be applied to a lot of fields including coating, plastic, ink and paper
Rutile TIO2 pigment HTR-616 is coated with zirconia and alumina in an inorganic manner and modified with special organic finishing agent on the surface. With advantage of preferreellent compatibility and outstanding rheological property under processing, the pigment is particularly applicable to plastic processing. It exhibits outstanding covering power and brightness and is useful to retain the mechanical properties of the finished plastic products. It can be widely used in polyolefin, PVC,ABS,PS, section bar, plate and tube as well as color paste and oil paint.
The product is suitable for high-grade interior wall latex paint, ink, paper, rubber and other high-end areas, also apply to plastic, paint and other general fields.
